On Saturday, we had some crazy un-July-like weather - so we packed up the car and headed to the Nashville Zoo. With overcast skies and temperatures in the 80s, we were excited to experience our first zoo trip as a family. What a great zoo! We saw meerkats, cougars, tigers, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys and all sorts of other fun animals. Cade was especially fond of the petting zoo - which housed some silly goats - and he bellied up to the glass in the aquarium center chasing the fish and turtles. We can't wait to go back!
