Fall is always a crazy time for our family, so we thankfully tucked away a much-needed family getaway this past weekend to Fall Creek Falls State Park. Its only about 2.5 hours away from home, but you're immediately swept away by the Smoky Mountain-esque views and crisp autumn air. We rented a cabin on the lake and spent an entire day lounging indoors while the rain came slowly misting down most of the day. But the following morning, the rain was gone and the sun was shining brightly on the kaleidoscope of colored leaves. We couldn't wait to get outdoors and soak it up. And we definitely did!
