Halloween

When Halloween falls on a Sunday, it means an all-weekend celebration! We started the fun with a neighborhood party on Friday night, then carried the fun over into Saturday at Franklin's annual Pumpkinfest - which is always one of our favorite festivals in town! That afternoon, after a good nap, our subdivision hosted its annual Fall Festival complete with crafts, games, face painting and a bouncy house. Then Sunday was the BIG day - when we met about 10 families for a chili cook-off contest (I took 2nd with my Chili Chili Bang Bang!) and 20+ Trick or Treaters! Cade definitely got his money's worth out of his Triceratops costume! If you could have only heard his "ROARRRRR!"... he was hysterical!

I loved that dinosaur tail!

Bobbin' for apples!

The neighborhood crew!

Checkin' out the loot!

Cade and Brooke check out the scary spider!

Landry and Cade Trick or Treat together

Cade enjoyed all of the neighborhood decorations!
